Breakfast - Uncle Sam's cereal with blueberries and stevia in 2% milk.

Lunch - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce.

Afternoon Snack - Sugar free whole wheat peanut butter and jam sandwich.

Dinner - Boar's Head brand turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and mayo on sugar free whole wheat bread.

Late Snack - Sloppy Joe sandwiches with cheddar cheese on sugar free whole wheat bread.
