Diet Disclaimer

I started this blog as a way to document my diet. My plan was not to create a source for dieters to follow me to lose weight. However... I am losing weight and I feel great! I don't have crashes like I used too and, in general, feel better.

I love the idea of helping other, but I have to caution anyone that might read this blog as a means to finding the answer to losing weight... I am not a dietician or expert of any kind. Please use this as a reference and not a sole source. Do your own research.

Cutting out sugar and starch makes sense to me, but may not be for everyone.

By all means use what I have, but experiment with your own ideas. Share your ideas here. I have a lot to learn and would love to hear your ideas.
