Breakfast - Oatmeal sweetened with Stevia.

Morning Snack - None

Lunch - Homemade Whole Wheat Chicken and Noodles.

Afternoon Snack - Small amount of leftover lasagna.

Dinner - Felafel with hummus in whole wheat pita topped with feta cheese tomato and lettuce and olive oil.
