Breakfast - Oatmeal with sugar free apple butter.
Morning Snack - Raw unsalted walnuts.
Lunch - Two Boar's Head Turkey sandwiches with reduced fat swiss and mayo on sugar free whole wheat toast.
Afternoon Snack - Sugar free peanut butter and jam sandwich.
Dinner - Lasagna made with whole wheat pasta, reduced fat cheese and Classico Tomato and Basil sauce.
Late Snack - None.

What kind of oatmeal to do you eat Blake? I have both the "Quaker Oats" (in the big canister) and "Steel Cut Oats" already in my pantry--but was wondering what the best type would be. I assume that the ones that come in the individual package are most likely filled with sugar!

I just buy the 1 minute quick oatmeal from HEB in the canister. Yes, the packages are yummy, but indeed full of sugar. The apple butter flavors the oatmeal fine, but would be even better with a bit of stevia in it I bet.
