Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal with stevia.

Morning Snack - None.

Lunch - Lasagna made with whole wheat pasta, reduced fat cheese and Classico Tomato and Basil sauce.

Afternoon Snack - None.

Dinner - Grilled chicken sandwich with reduced fat cheddar cheese, mustard and mayo.

Late Snack - Sugar free whole wheat toast with cream cheese and sugar free raspberry jam.
