Breakfast - Uncle Sam's Cereal. Small glass of 100% fruit juice.
Morning Snack - Raw unsalted walnuts.
Lunch - Tuna on sugar free whole wheat bread with a little mayo and mustard.
Afternoon Snack - None.
Dinner - Homemade whole wheat chicken and noodles (or dumpling... depends on where you are from :)
Late Snack - None.
