Lunch - Leftover homemade whole wheat chicken and noodles.

Dinner - Two Boar's Head turkey sandwiches with swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo all on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Late Snack - Cream cheese and sugar free jam on sugar free whole wheat toast.
