Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal with stevia and blueberries.

Morning Snack - None.

Lunch - Lasagna leftover from yesterday.

Afternoon Snack - none.

Dinner - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce. Two slices of garlic toast made from sugar free whole wheat bread.
