Breakfast - Bowl of Uncle Sam's Cereal in 2% milk.
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Tuna, mayo and mustard on toasted sugar free whole wheat bread. (Hey... before you go and start calling me boring... Today I added pepper!)
Afternoon Snack - Raw unsalted walnuts.
Dinner - Grilled chicken, whole wheat pasta with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce.
Late Snack - Sugar free Popsicle.
