Breakfast - Two slices of Boar's Head Turkey. (fast and it was there)
Morning Snack - Oatmeal with walnuts and sugar free apple butter.
Lunch - Two Boar's Head Turkey sandwiches on sugar free whole wheat with reduced fat cheddar and a bit of mayo.
Afternoon Snack - None.
Dinner - Salmon, cous cous and broccoli.
Late Snack - Bowl of Shredded Wheat cereal in skim milk.
