Lunch - Grilled chicken, long grain brown rice with black beans and broccoli. Diet soda.
Afternoon Snack - Sugar free peanut butter on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Dinner - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce and ground turkey. Unsweet Tea.
Late Snack - Uncle Sam's cereal in Borden's organic milk.
