Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal in skim milk.

Morning Snack - None.

Lunch - Tuna mixed with a little mayo and mustard on sugar free whole wheat toast. Diet Soda.

Afternoon Snack - None.

Dinner - Salmon, long grain brown rice and broccoli.

Late Snack - None.
