Breakfast - None. (This is bad... very bad. I have abused my poor little body by missing so many meals lately)
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Grilled chicken, long grain brown rice with black beans and broccoli. Diet soda.
Afternoon Snack - Sugar free whole wheat peanut butter and jam on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Dinner - Two Boar's Head brand chicken sandwiches on sugar free whole wheat bread with reduced fat swiss and cheddar cheese, mayo and mustard.
Late Snack - Shredded Wheat cereal with skim milk.
