Breakfast - Sugar free peanut butter and jam sandwich with a glass of 2% milk.

Morning Snack - Oatmeal sweetened with Stevia.

Lunch - Tuna, mayo and mustard on sugar free whole wheat bread.

Afternoon Snack - Raw unsalted walnuts.

Dinner - Two grilled cheese sandwiches on sugar free whole wheat bread with tomato.

Late Snack - Bowl of Uncle Sam's Cereal in 2% milk.
