Breakfast - One egg (cooked on a griddle and non stick spray) with one slice of reduced fat cheddar all between two slices of sugar free whole wheat toast. Cup of 100% fruit juice.
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Tuna mixed with a little mayo and mustard on sugar free whole wheat toast. Diet Soda.
Afternoon Snack - Mixed nuts.
Dinner - Grilled cheese on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Late Snack - None.
