Lunch - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce and grilled chicken. Diet Soda.

Dinner - Two sandwiches. Boar's Head brand chicken on sugar free whole wheat bread, reduced fat swiss cheese with a little mayo. Unsweet Tea.
