Breakfast - Sugar free peanut butter and jam sandwich with a small glass of 100% fruit juice.
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch -Two Boar's Head Turkey sandwiches on sugar free whole wheat with reduced fat cheddar and a bit of mayo.
Afternoon Snack - None.
Dinner - chili with whole wheat pasta, black beans, ground turkey, V8 juice and chili pepper.
Late Snack - Shredded Wheat cereal in skim milk.
