Breakfast - Sugar free peanut butter and jam sandwich with a glass of skim milk.

Lunch - chili with whole wheat pasta, black beans, ground turkey, V8 juice and chili pepper.
Afternoon Snack - Raw unsalted walnuts and a sugar free peanut butter and jam sandwich
Dinner - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil and ground turkey.
Late Snack - None.
