Breakfast - Oatmeal sweetened with sugar free strawberry jam. Coffee
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Sugar free peanut butter and raspberry jam on whole wheat bread.
Afternoon Snack - Handful of unsalted raw mixed nuts and some Triscuits. Diet Soda.
Dinner - Two whole wheat wraps with grilled chicken, humus, romain lettuce, tomato and olive oil.

I was hoping there would be an appropriate wrap!! What brand do you use??
ReplyDeleteI have used two different brands. One of them I can't remember the name of... it's in front of the deli at HEB. The other is by South Beach Diet. Here is the link... http://www.southbeachdiet.com/santafe/products/wheat.html
ReplyDeleteNotice that has a trace amount of corn starch so it's not 100% my choice, but it's mostly good :)
By the way, Angie prefers the South Beach Diet wrap over that other one anyway, so you may not have to even look at the other one :)
