Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal sweetened with Stevia. Orange juice.
Morning Snack - Sugar free peanut butter and raspberry jam on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Lunch - Two Boar's Head brand turkey sandwiches with reduced fat swiss and mayo on sugar free whole wheat bread.
Afternoon Snack - None.
Dinner - One sugar free whole wheat wrap with a grilled chicken tender, fat free re-fried beans, a little cheddar cheese and some hot sauce. One side of fresh steamed green beans. Unsweet Tea. Yes... this was an odd meal, but it satisfied me for the evening :)
Late Snack - Two slices of sugar free whole wheat bread toasted with a sugar free apple butter spread.
