Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal with stevia in 1% milk.

Morning Snack - Oatmeal with spoonful of sugar free strawberry jam.

Lunch - Boar's Head chicken with reduced fat cheddar on sugar free whole wheat toast.

Afternoon Snack - none.

Dinner - Falafel and hummus on whole wheat pita topped with olive oil, feta cheese, romaine lettuce and tomato

Late Snack - none.
