Breakfast - Two sugar free whole wheat hamburger buns (one top, one bottom) toasted and covered in plain cream cheese and sugar free strawberry jam. Orange Juice.
Morning Snack - Oatmeal with sugar free raspberry jam mixed in.
Lunch - This is cheating again... I once again had the grilled chicken on whole wheat from Sonic. Their nutrition guide says that there is 5 grams of sugar in the sandwich. Their crispy chicken has less sugar but has the white starch in the breading... which is worse? Not sure. On a day like today when I did not prepare my lunch ahead of time and I'm so busy at work. My options are slim. This cheating moment will have to be forgiven.
Afternoon Snack - Triscuits and sugar free raspberry jam.
Dinner - Three pieces of skinless boneless chicken tenders in sugar free whole wheat hot dog buns with mustard and mayo. Side of steamed broccoli.
