Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal sweetened with Stevia in skim milk. Orange juice.

Morning Snack - none.

Lunch - Salsalito turkey and swiss on sugar free whole wheat toast with mayo. Diet Soda.

Afternoon Snack - sugar free PB&J.

Dinner -
