Breakfast - Two slices of sugar free whole wheat toast with sugar free apple butter. Skim milk.

Morning Snack - Oatmeal with a spoonful of sugar free raspberry jam.

Lunch - Red bean and chicken in basmati rice. Diet Cola.

Afternoon Snack - Red bean and chicken in basmati rice.

Dinner - Home made chicken and noodles (whole wheat)

Late Snack -
