Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal sweetened with Stevia in skim milk. Orange juice.

Morning Snack - Oatmeal with spoonful of sugar free raspberry jam.

Lunch - Grilled salmon with lemon and grilled vegetables. Unsweet tea.

Afternoon Snack - sugar free PB&J.

Dinner - Chicken in orange juice and mushroom broth with basmati rice.

Late Snack -
