Breakfast - Two sugar free whole wheat hamburger buns (one top, one bottom) toasted and covered in plain cream cheese and sugar free strawberry jam. This was the closest I could come to a bagel. I love bagels, but I could not find one that was sugar free. If I did... it probably would not be whole wheat.
Morning Snack - none.
Lunch - leftover pasta from last night.
Afternoon Snack - handful of mixed nuts.
