Breakfast - Oatmeal with skim milk and sweetened with Stevia. Whole wheat toast with sugar free strawberry jam. Orange Juice.
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Two boars head turkey sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard and mayo.
Afternoon Snack - None.
Dinner - Whole wheat pasta with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce. Chicken and broccoli. Unsweet tea.
Late Snack - Two slices of sugar free whole wheat toast with sugar free strawberry jam.
