Breakfast - One egg in a sugar free whole wheat hamburger bun toasted. Orange Juice.
Morning Snack - Oatmeal with Stevia sweetener. Coffee.
Lunch - Whole wheat spaghetti with Classico Tomato and Basil sauce (which I'm finding out is one of the only sugar free sauces in my grocery store.)
Afternoon Snack - Strawberries.
Dinner - Fat free refried beans and cheddar cheese in sugar free whole wheat wraps.
Late Snack - Two slices of sugar free whole wheat toast with sugar free apple butter.
