I didn't write a report for yesterday because it is almost identical to Tuesday. Today will be only slightly different.

Breakfast
- Shredded Wheat cereal sweetened with Stevia. Orange Juice.

Morning Snack - None.

Lunch - Two Boar's Head brand turkey sandwiches with reduced fat swiss and mayo on sugar free whole wheat bread. (That pound of turkey is gone... so you won't have to see that one again too soon :)

Afternoon Snack - None.

Dinner - Home made chicken and noodles (whole wheat).

Late Snack - One slice of toast with sugar free apple butter.
