Morning Snack - none.
Lunch - Tuna and reduced fat cheddar cheese on sugar free whole wheat toast. Mayo and mustard mixed in with the tuna.
Afternoon Snack - none.
Dinner - Fried basmati rice with one egg and fish.
Late Snack - Toasted sugar free whole wheat bread with cream cheese and sugar free apple butter.
