Breakfast - Oatmeal with a spoonful of sugar free raspberry jam.

Morning Snack - Tuna with mayo and mustard on two slices of sugar free whole wheat bread.

Lunch - Boar's Head Salsalito Turkey with Kraft reduced fat swiss on sugar free whole wheat toast. Diet Soda.

Afternoon Snack - None.

Dinner - Chicken in orange juice and mushroom broth with basmati rice.

Late Snack - None.
