Breakfast - Shredded Wheat cereal with stevia in 1% milk.
Morning Snack - None.
Lunch - Guiltless grilled chicken platter at Chili's. Probably not completely sugar free. In place of rice I ordered an extra helping of broccoli. Unsweet tea. (I started toast before I decided to go out for lunch... came back to everyone's comments on how I tried to burn the house down with my burning bread!!)
Afternoon Snack -
Dinner - ... man I wish I could remember LOL (catching up on this the next Monday morning makes it difficult to do the play by plays)
Late Snack -
